We also can not see the smoke from air cooled or water cooled diesel engine\u2019s exhaust pipe. What is problem? How should we do to solve this? Let us tell you the more detailed contents.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">When the engine is started, there is no smoke from the exhaust pipe and no explosion sound. Generally, diesel does not enter the cylinder.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">What is the proble? Let us check the reasons.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Firstly, there is no oil in the oil tank.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Secondly, the fuel filter and oil-water separator are blocked.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Thirdly, the low-pressure oil circuit does not supply oil.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Forthly, the fuel injection pump does not pump oil.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Fifthly, there is air in the oil circuit.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Sixthly, the valve phase is out of alignment. The opening time of the valve is inconsistent with the stroke of the piston in the cylinder. For example, when the piston is performing a compression stroke in the cylinder, the intake and exhaust valves are opened, and fresh air is driven out of the cylinder, so that there is no combustion gas in the cylinder and it cannot be started.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Seventhly, the solenoid valve of the fuel injection pump is broken and in a closed state, and diesel cannot enter the high pressure chamber.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">After knowing the reaons, what should we do to solve the problem?<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Principle: first outside and then inside, easy first and difficult<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Check whether the flameout cable of the fuel injection pump is back.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Whether there is oil in the fuel tank and whether the fuel tank switch is turned on.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Whether the fastening bolts of the fuel injection pump control rod and the drive connecting plate are off.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Loosen the bleed screw on the fuel injection pump, and pump the oil out of the hand oil pump.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Check if the oil pipe is leaking or blocked.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Check whether the fuel filter and oil-water separator are blocked.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The starter rotates with the engine, check whether the oil pump is pumping oil.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Loosen the injector oil inlet pipe joint, add the throttle to the end, press the starter switch, and check whether the fuel injection pump is pumping oil. If it does not pump oil, it means that the oil volume adjustment lever is stuck in the oil stop position, that is, the rack is issued. If it is an A-type pump, the side cover of the fuel injection pump should be removed for inspection and troubleshooting; if it is a P-type pump, etc., corresponding measures should be taken.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Check if the gas distribution phase is accurate, if not, adjust it.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">For the engine equipped with VE pump, check whether the oil cut-off solenoid valve and control circuit are faulty. When it is confirmed that the oil cut-off solenoid valve is damaged, and a new solenoid can not be replaced immediately, the solenoid valve can be removed, the plunger valve and spring can be removed, and the solenoid valve can be reinstalled as it is, and emergency measures should be taken to power off the solenoid valve.
