  1. Install the U-shaped bracket<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Open the side door of the vehicle body, and remove the hexagon socket head cap screws on the mounting position at the rear of the vehicle body. Erect the U-shaped bracket at the installation position at the rear of the vehicle body, and the positioning pin of the U-shaped bracket is located on the left side. Fix the U-shaped bracket to the rear of the car body with the socket head cap screws.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Install the tow bar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Push up the front of the vehicle body with the support, and then open the side door of the vehicle body. Use a wrench to unscrew the bolts that fix the L-shaped bracket inside the car body, and then pull out the L-shaped bracket. Insert the tow bar into the car body, fix it inside the car body with bolts, then lower the front support feet, adjust the support feet to a suitable height, and then insert the fixing pins. Take out the chain inside the car, hang it on the iron rings at both ends of the car bottom, and then hook the hook of the tow bar with the chain; then remove the support.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Unplug the pins that fix the rear support feet on both sides of the rear of the carriage, pull out the support feet to a suitable position, and then insert the fixing pins. Shake the rocker to adjust the height of the rear support feet so that the wheels are off the ground and the weight of the car body falls on the support feet.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Install the light tower lifting pole<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Lift the lighthouse lifting rod to the top of the car body and place it in the U-shaped bracket, ensuring that the latch in the U-shaped bracket is inserted into the positioning hole on the lifting rod. Introduce the six-core cable and the four-core cable on the lift rod into the car body through the large and small Glen joints on the car body respectively, and connect the cables according to the diagram, pay attention to the one-to-one correspondence between the cables; pay attention to the installation Put on the packing and tighten the Glen joint to ensure the sealing effect. When installing two cables, pay attention to leaving a margin of 15-20CM outside the car body to prevent the cables from being stressed when the lifting rod is lifted.<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Install the wire rope<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Remove the two positioning pins on the pulley at the front end of the vehicle body and the pulley and positioning pins at the front end of the lift rod. Pass the wire rope on the winch in the car body through the square hole at the bottom of the car body at the position of the pulley, pull it out from the lower groove of the pulley, then bypass the pulley removed from the front of the lifting rod, and install the pulley at the front end of the lifting rod. Then pull the wire rope back to the upper hole of the pulley at the bottom of the car body and fix the wire rope with a pin. Pay attention to ensure that the front end of the wire rope is facing the direction of the chuck, and ensure that it is in a clamped state and cannot be loosened. Install the pin at the upper hole of the pulley at the front of the lift rod to prevent the wire rope on the pulley from falling off.<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Install the lamp head<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Unscrew the bolts that fix the lamp heads on the beam at the top of the lift rod; then adjust the mounting brackets of the four lamp heads to a horizontal position. Fix the four lamp heads on the beam in turn. Connect the input cables of the four lamp heads to the junction box at the top of the lift rod, and connect the wires according to the requirements in the illustration; pay attention to the wiring sequence of the four lamp heads.<\/span><\/p>\n

              1. Pull out all the cross bars until the positioning pins are automatically inserted, and prop up the support feet so that the support feet are firmly in contact with the ground to resist strong winds.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Note: If the horizontal bar is not fully unfolded or the supporting feet are not firmly in contact with the ground, it is strictly forbidden to raise the light pole. If the supporting feet are damaged or defective, they should be replaced. Spread the weight and lower the pole height if the wind is strong, the pole bar tipping over could result in serious injury or even death.<\/span><\/p>\n

                1. Loosen the bolts on the lever bracket, shake the winch on the tow bar until the light pole is upright, and then lock the safety latch at the bottom of the light pole.<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. Start the flood light, generator, and run the lighthouse lighting function.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  A\u3001Check the position of the diesel engine and oil and the water in the water tank. If the oil tank is empty, please drain the air in the oil pipe. Please refer to the operation manual for starting the diesel engine.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Note: Please check if all ground wires are connected well, special safety measures, hit the ground wire rod, and firmly connect the ground wire to the rod and the frame.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  B\u3001Before starting the diesel engine, make sure that the air switch is in the OFF position, turn the electric door lock to the starting position, the controller is powered on, and the diesel engine can be started by pressing the start button on the controller until the diesel engine runs smoothly.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  C\u3001Press the main circuit breaker (the main control switch of the light fixture) to the ON position.<\/span><\/p>\n
