What are the reasons why the clean water pump cannot pump water?
There are many reasons why the self-priming clean water pump cannot pump water, including the following:
1) The water inlet, water outlet or bottom valve are blocked, and the inlet pipeline has holes for air intake;
2) The gas is not completely exhausted when the pump is just running;
3) The impeller falls off or the pump shaft breaks;
4) The impeller flow channel is blocked;
5) The installation height is too high (liquid surface), the cavitation surplus is not enough;
6) Motor reversal;
7) The pump outlet valve is closed for a long time, and the water temperature rises and vaporizes;
8) The motor speed is not enough;
9) For some clean water pumps, the direction of the impeller is reversed;
10) The gap between the ring and the balance hole is too large.
