Why Are ITCPower Silent Diesel Generators So Quiet?
Silent diesel generator is a generator with less noise. It is used in places that require diesel generator power but do not want to be disturbed by too much noise.
But there are many silent diesel generators on the market that still make a lot of noise because they are simply made of a casing. So why is ITCPower’s generator silent?
Silencer System
The thickness of the cylinder plate of the generator muffler is 1.2 mm, and the cylinder is equipped with 20 mm thick aluminum silicate and double-layer non-woven fabric, which can effectively reduce noise.
Low Engine Noise
The diesel engine designed by ITCPower produces less vibration during operation, making the entire generator run quieter.
Special Canopy Design
The canopy adopts a special design, which can effectively insulate sound and reduce the transmission of noise from inside the machine to the outside, thereby further reducing the operating noise of the generator.
Shock-absorbing Wheels
The generator is equipped with shock-absorbing wheels, which can effectively reduce the transmission of ground vibrations to the generator and make the operation smoother.
